Don’t automatically assume that when people talk about something, it was meant for you. Don’t automatically assume that if people are acting different, something is going between you two. Don’t freak out, don’t get all scared, don’t get all defensive. Chances are your assumptions are not true. You’ll just make yourself look like a fool for acting based on assumptions.
